This Thanksgiving, I find myself reflecting on what truly matters in this business—and it’s not the deals, the contracts, or the closing statements. It’s the people behind them.
As both a commercial real estate and business broker, I occupy a unique space. I’m there when a business owner who’s poured decades into building something decides it’s time to pass the torch. I’m there when an entrepreneur takes that leap of faith to acquire their first business. I’m there when the right property connects with the right vision, and something meaningful gets built in our community.
These aren’t just transactions to me. They’re chapters in people’s lives—retirement dreams realized, generational wealth created, entrepreneurial ambitions fulfilled, and legacies continued. The trust you place in me to handle these pivotal moments never gets old, and it never goes unappreciated.
Thank you for letting me be part of your journey. Whether you’ve sold a business you spent years building, acquired a commercial property that’s now thriving, or are still in the planning stages of your next move—I’m grateful you chose to work with me.
Thank you to those of you who read this newsletter each day. I hope the market insights, business trends, property listings, and industry analysis I share prove helpful on your entrepreneurial journey. Your engagement—the questions you ask, the deals you bring to the table, the conversations we have—makes this work meaningful. If even one insight helps you make a better decision or see an opportunity you might have missed, then this newsletter serves its purpose.
Thank you to the entrepreneurs and business owners who inspire me daily with your resilience, vision, and determination. Your success stories remind me why I love what I do.
Thank you to my network of attorneys, accountants, lenders, and fellow professionals who make these complex deals possible. Your expertise and partnership are invaluable.
This year has brought its share of challenges—economic uncertainty, interest rate fluctuations, and market shifts. But it’s also brought incredible opportunities. I’ve watched businesses thrive under new ownership, seen properties transform communities, and witnessed firsthand the economic impact that happens when the right deals come together.
As we head into 2026, I’m optimistic about what lies ahead. Whether you’re considering selling your business, acquiring one, looking for the perfect commercial property, or exploring your next investment opportunity—I’m here to help navigate whatever comes next.
From my family to yours, have a wonderful Thanksgiving. I’m thankful for each of you.
